This healthy ground turkey stir-fry is an easy, quick, and low-carb weeknight meal. Whole 30, Paleo, and super simple to make.
This is one of of our favorite weeknight meals. I always have ground turkey in the fridge and all the sauce ingredients in the pantry so naturally this is always on the table when I need to make dinner without much preparation. I serve it with regular white rice for the kids and cauliflower rice for me and Tyler for a low-carb option. Ground beef works great too if you prefer that, and other stir-fry veggies such as carrots and snow peas work great as well. Enjoy!
