This easy Whole 30 Turkey Meatloaf only takes about 10 minutes of prep so it is the perfect dinner option on busy weeknights. It is Whole 30, Paleo, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free. I serve it with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies but any side would complement it well. It is such a comforting meal that is light, healthy, and flavorful. It heats up very well and makes great left overs for lunch.

Simple ingredients I use to makeWhole 30 Turkey Meatloaf
- Avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomato paste
- Lean ground turkey
- Almond flour
- Eggs
- Parsley
- Tomato sauce
- Coconut aminos
Turkey Meatloaf (Whole-30, Paleo, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
For the Sauce
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Set a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute in until soft about 5-6 minutes. Add tomato paste and stir well for another 1-2 minutes. Set onion mixture to the side.
- In a large bowl add turkey, tomato mixture, salt, pepper, almond flour, eggs, and parsley. Mix all ingredients well.
- Shape the meatloaf in a rectangular oval shape and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Top with tomato sauce topping. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Slice and serve with extra tomato sauce topping if desired and fresh chopped parsley.
