This easy taco salad (Whole 30, Paleo) is so easy! Just cook the ground meat of your choice and assemble the salad with your favorite toppings! Perfect lunch or dinner!
This Whole 30 and Paleo taco salad has all the flavors of a taco but without the carbs! This is a regular in our house for Taco Tuesday nights…. taco salad for me and the husband, and tacos for the kids using the meat and tortillas. This is also one of my favorite lunches. I heat up the meat and add it to lettuce and toppings. I love to make my own Avocado Lime dressing (easier than you think) but feel free to use salsa or your favorite store-bought dressing. I make mine with ground turkey but ground beef or even ground chicken would taste great. As for the taco seasoning…I always make my own but on busy nights I love the Siete mild brand ….simple ingredients without all of the additives. Enjoy!
