This easy Air Fryer Salmon (Whole 30, Paleo) is one of our favorite meals because it comes out prefectly cooked, tender and flaky. It only takes 7-8 minutes to cook and you only need 2-3 minutes of prep. An incredibly healthy dinner, this salmon pairs wonderfully with your favorite roasted veggies or on top of a simple salad.

Simple ingredients I use to make the easy Air Fryer Salmon (Whole 30, Paleo)

  • extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • wild-caught salmon
  • paprika
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon (optional)

Easy Air Fryer Salmon (Whole 30, Paleo)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs wild caught salmon cut into 4 filets
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Brush or coat salmon filets with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Evenly cover salmon filets with seasoning blend.
  • Place the salmon in the pre-heated air fryer and cook 7-8 minutes or you can easily flake it with a fork. Internal tempertaure should be 145 degrees F.
  • Serve by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the filets and enjoy.
