I’m Rose, the recipe developer, cook, and photographer behind The Lovely Dish. I was born in Romania and came to the United States when I was seven years old.  In the Romanian culture, food is such an important part of our tradition and creating delicious meals from scratch is customary. I have since lived in Southern California and it is here where I met my wonderful husband, Tyler. Fortunately for him, he is my taste-tester and recipe critic! Together we have three wonderful children Jenna, Kylie, and Jacob who make every day an adventure. My family keeps me busy and I am always cooking something new for them to love!
