There is nothing that I love more than peach cobbler on a hot summer day. This slow cooker peach cobbler won’t heat up your kitchen and is absolutely divine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’s also made from scratch because if you have been following my blog for a while you know I don’t like to use and premade mixes.
Ingredients
6-7 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Lightly grease your 4 quart slow cooker.
Place sliced peaches in slow cooker.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add flour to mixture.
Spread batter over peaches.
Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2-3 hours.
Serve by itself or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
