This Sausage, Broccoli, and Sweet Potato sheet pan dinner (Whole 30, Paleo) is the simplest meal you will ever make. Delicious, easy, and makes great leftovers.
This is one of those dinners that you make when you are short on time and low on ingredients. Prep is only 10 minutes and it bakes to a perfect dinner in only 30 minutes. The kids love it and I enjoy leftovers for lunch! This was made often, especially every time I would complete a Whole 30 round. I hope you love it as much as my family does!
Simple ingredients I use to make the Sausage and Veggies Sheet Pan (Whole 30, Gluten-Free)
- chicken sausage
- sweet potatoes
- broccoli
- extra virgin olive oil
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
Sausage, Broccoli, and Sweet Potato Sheet Pan
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 large sweet potato, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb. cooked chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 lb broccoli florets
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. In a medium sized bowl add sweet potatoes and half of the oil mixture. Stir to coat sweet potatoes well.
- Add sweet potatoes to the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. In the same bowl add sliced sausage, broccoli and the remainder of the oil mixture and stir well.
- Take sheet pan from the oven and add broccoli and sausage to sheet pan, making sure to spread the sausage and vegetables evenly on the sheet pan. Bake for another 15 minutes. Take out of oven and serve. Enjoy.
