These easy and simple air fryer roasted potatoes (Whole 30, Gluten-Free) are a great side dish option to any dinner. Air Fryer Potatoes are a regular in our household and I serve them along side my Tuna Chipotle Cakes, or grilled chicken, hamburgers or anything else you can think of. - yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- extra virgin olive oil
- Italian Seasoning
- garlic powder
- salt
- paprika
- pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Easy Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes (Whole 30, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs yukon gold potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces. In a bowl add potatoes, olive oil, Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add potatoes to the basket of your fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.. Shake well and toss potatoes in the basket and cook for another 15 minutes or until tender. Add fresh chopped parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
