2Tbspfresh parsley, chopped, plus more for garnish
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
2tspItalian seasoning
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
2Tbspolive oil or avocado oil
224 oz.jars Rao's Marinara Sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl add all of the meatball ingredients and using you hands or a spatula mix well.
Form meat mixture in to 1.5 inch sized meatballs using your hands or a cookie scoop and place them in a bowl or on a cookie sheet.
Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the meatballs 1-2 minutes per side or until they are golden brown all the way around. They do not have to be fully cooked as they will continue to cook in the marinara sauce.
Once the meatballs are browned add the marinara sauce to the skillet and bring to a boil. Make sure the meatballs are gently moved so they do not stick to the bottom. Cover, lower the heat to a simmer, and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked. Garnish with more fresh chopped parsley or basil and serve over your favorite noodles or veggies. Enjoy!
